It's always better to take finestride 1mg alternate days because it has therapeutic effects for approximately 40 hrs. Only 0.2 mg is required to block dht per day but it isn't possible hence 1mg does alternate day will save from side effects .And it only inhibit type 2 DHT .

Akshay Sir is absolutely right, I was taking finesteride for 5 months with doctor prescription along with minioxidil. The results are good, however, definitely the side effects are there. Now doctor has prescribed dutasteride, don't know it's future effects. Hope Akshay Sir would cover dutasteride as well.

If you're lifting and doing running as a cardio, you're legs would take a lot longer to recover than doing lifting + some form of cardio which creates less stress on just a single body part (ex; swimming, elliptical, machine rowing etc) Running is bad for preserving muscle mass is it causes each leg and joint to sustain 2x you're body weight on each step which is not ideal for muscle building.
