Hello Anand, Process Transformation is a complete change of the process. For example, Manufacturing - move from Push to Pull system, Warehouse - paperless operations, or a new ASRS system and so on. Basically, a transformation in the overall business operations. Process Optimization - first step we use the available resources to get value to the Brim. So in real life scenario, most transformations start with an optimization. That is we do things using the available resources to the brim before a big change for further value prop.
