Let me guess, it was the old, "I don't want to just say no, so I'll quote it really high", then the customer said "yes", anyway? Classic way to end up doing a project you kinda didn't want to do, but makes it hurt a little less. The worst part is when they say "yes" right away, you realize you could have bid higher!

Seeing the thumbnail for a project like this, it's a pretty straightforward fabrication; roll a bunch of aluminum hoops and rivet them together. But, the fact that you also were able to envision and design that concept to then fabricate it is what separates artists like yourself from mere fabricators like me. Also, I was thrilled to see the return of the Jetson tablesaw.

im a sign fabricator and have to drill holes in awkward positions. Watching you drill those holes while the material is flat on the floor. Something that i do when drilling holes in awkward positions is i use a squeeze clamp (yellow Dewalt style) and squeeze the drill and material together to make drilling the holes effortless. i would recommend putting a sacrificial piece of wood or scrap on the clamp head where the drill bit will contact it that way you dont damage the clamp
