This week is probably the first time in about 5 years that I've watched a bunch of circus arts videos and it's mind boggling how much unique content you pack into your Lemons video after all these years of performing...and then you have just as much leftover content that doesn't meet your standards!!! Think I might need to go back to trying some unusual 3 ball patterns now. Keep up the inspiring work!
@wespeden3 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot! You should definitely jam with 3 balls again! it's a blast and a half! 10 out of 10 can recommend!

Thanks for this sort of commentary. I wish there was more of this. I haven't had much time to juggle in recent years, but it is nice to see the progress in the art, even if it's just three ball stuff (my favorite). We will watch your career with great interest. :-)

While the five ball patterns are stellar, I think it’s great that you stuck with 3 balls- there’s something I love about the ingenuity of dedicating a video and routine to 3 balls. It’s great!

Thank you Wes! This helped make my year. Very cool to hear how much dance videos play a role in your creative process, and I especially love how inspirational the results are for the rest of us! So many of these tricks seem actually attainable for intermediate-to-advanced 3b jugglers, and the style is so slick and off the wall. I'll definitely be collecting slow-mo clips of this to learn from over the next year. Much love ✌

No offense to original lemons video but the extras that didn’t make it honestly are mind boggling and better than the tricks in the original!! I was freaking out watching a lot of these! This video was also so informative and I look forward to the big video of all kinds of crazy sections when it comes out! 🔥
@wespeden3 жыл бұрын
Yo Spencer, I think a trick being better or worse is always dependant on the goal of the trick. For example, the goal of the tricks in Lemons was never for them to be difficult or complicated. It was more focused on them having a shape or function that I felt was fresh and expressed what I'm interested in with juggling right now : ) It's often that people like the tricks in my bonus videos more than the main video since everyone has their own view of what makes good juggling. That's one of the reasons why I make these. I'm glad you enjoyed the tricks!
@spencethejuggler3 жыл бұрын
@@wespeden Right! I guess what I said was more of a personal opinion and not a fact because when it comes to liking something it’s always subjective. That’s an interesting perspective and knowing that will make me appreciate the video even more and see what you were meaning to accomplish! Thank you!

Your creativity is endless! You're hands down my favorite juggler in the all fucking world! But I have a complain 😜 you're so creative that I think that including foreign objects (like the tire) in your acts is totally unnecessary.
@wespeden3 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! Glad you like my juggling! I think one thing you might not realize though is that I find it important in all of my videos to have some element that hurts my hand and gets my hands super dirty. So to keep my work cohesive the tire was extremely necessary ☝️
