As a blues fan I used to collect autographs in the late 60's on match day. I'd stand in the car park at blues and Joe Bradford would turn up with his wife. Someone said to me to once 'see that old guy, he scored for blues in a cup final'.

My grandad was the goalkeeper for west brom. Harold Pearson, I have his own football kits from when he played in the final, and when he played for england. I still have the FA cup trophy that the players was handed in my glass cabinet.

Twice Blues made the final, both times we lost to sides in a lower league. Typical Blues.

If Birmingham only made the FA Cup final twice, then you only lost once to a lower league club. In 1956 my club Manchester City beat Birmingham 3-1, and finished 4th in the old 1st division
