Some of the roller coasters are gone at galaxy land including the bungee jump at the world waterpark, put n glow now gone, the trampoline that was right near the water park now gone with the new rope quest, the large fountain at the food court gonna be removed I think, the submarine is now removed along with the other water ride right next to the pirate ship and the sea lion show and underwater caverns. Yeah there are so many things at west Edmonton mall and I am lucky to live in EDMONTON!!

That red Huge water slide (sky screamer) is either being upgraded or turned into an upside down water slide as of this year. I also heard from one of my friends at west Edmonton galaxyland (the amusement park) that a new ride will be set up sometime in 2013 it will most likely be a long project but it will be a roller coaster that is attached to the walls and has attachments to the roof so u can ride it upside down!!! :D

so is this when the lazy river was still commissioned at the waterpark? I went there last saturday and it was creepy seeing parts of it still intact but covered by plants... I went there when I was younger and it took like an hour going down it xD does anyone know what happened?

Spruce Grove is actually right outside Edmonton. its actually quite usefull for when my family needs to get stuff because its not so far away.

you can go down all the slides for an admission and dont have to pay extra i believe its 59$

old school... i remember the mindbender (double loop roller coaster), drop of doom, and the zipper. Those were hardcore rides when you were 12. Then there was the tame stuff like that Swing of the Century thing (forget the name?) where you're just chilling and flying. Forget the names of the waterpark stuff, but also good times there. Heard someone died in the wave pool when i was young so it added extra excitement

btw its called world water park and galaxy land they also have these ginourmas trampolines that ya get harnessed on an ya jump around its fun, also theres a skating rink, a theatre with a fake dragon that breathes real fire and a lot more the mall is very large its won of the biggest in the worlsd i tink. its nothing new 2 me tho but its pretty fun lol

yeah i remember they used to have a little place at the back of the water park with giant water guns but then they stopped working then they put in that caribbean cove lol i live downtown and used to go to that mall alot :D but its too packed on the weekdays.

Jilly K They replaced the galaxy twister (the ride you were talking about) with the sonic twister. But then they removed the solar flare so they relocated the sonic twister there and put ropes quest into where sonic twister used to be.

@@jaym5303 Sonic Twister got removed in 2015 I believe and got replaced by the Galleon as the rides have been shuffled with the casino construction going on. That also resulted in the Carousel being moved to where the Kiddie Convoy was. They got a new ride Zero Gravity (Now called Trouble Twist with all the Hasbro retheming going on)
