You have an eye and are very creative. I don’t know where you live but in New York City you can not find items so cheap. I got a West Elm Hurricane Vase that goes for about $25.00 for $6.00 at a Thrift store. I was excited and don’t think the store knew the brand. It was a good price but not a rock bottom price.

I absolutely LOVE your videos. I love everything you put together. Even if something isn’t exactly my style (which rarely happens) you still inspire me to do something along the same lines. I have a request. I am a plant hoarder. I’m always trying to find new ways to make an ugly planter pretty. But the one planter I’m in love with right now is the urban outfitters IZZIE self watering planter. I have yet to find anyone trying to hack it. My thought is to find a cylinder vase for the bottom and then some sort of ceramic/terracotta pot for the top but it has to have a lip. And then drill a hole in the base of the pot to make it self watering. If you have any thoughts ideas anything I’d love to know. The planter itself is not expensive. It’s like $40. But I know I can do it for less and I love the challenge. Thank you in advance!!!

Another way to bring marble into the home is to buy a large marble tile at Home Depot that belongs on the wall or floor and use that on a table or stand to elevate the items.

Confirmation that your Goodwill has much better prices: the book pricing made my jaw drop. The posted book pricing at my local Goodwill stores is literally 4x your store’s posted pricing. Childrens are $1.99, paperback $4 and hardback $6. It’s ridiculous.

I'm sorry but what alternate world do you live in where GW has 50 cent items. Where I am they charge at least half of what they think the retail value is even tho I've seen dollar store items for 1.99. I almost never go thrifting anymore bcz of the ridiculous pricing. Plus you can usually find the thrifted item a week later down the street at the vintage shop where its now 10x the price. U are very very lucky.
