Brilliant clip I know west kirby very well I live in Wirral have done all my life I go to west kirby a lot still great to go there. That road was westbourne road was there today hasn’t changed much. Makes me weep when I see old film of Britain and what it is today. Looking at that film, the first thing that would happen with the tide coming and the car driving in the water these days is armed police would have immobilised the driver, the council would close down the town and if I lived in a country that had free speech I'd continue. But I don't.
