Beautiful footage, as always. And seeing Brora so happy, with her wagging tail, always makes me smile.

Hi Linda, Very nice, you had a good day picking out the Lomond highlights. It's our local playground which is great for a full variety of walks. Well done. Cheers

Thanks Charlie, it’s a shame I missed the summit views. Sod’s Law and as soon as I headed down the summit cleared. What a fab playgroup you have. Thanks for watching. 👍

Hi Linda. Was there a few weeks ago on a cold windy day. On the brink of getting a campervan. Thanks always for taking the time to edit and share. Keep them coming. 🙏

Get yourself a van! You will not regret it. We were never campers but I bought a van when I retired two years ago and I'm loving finding new places to visit and walk. 🚐

@@DougieAB I think I might have sourced one Dougie - just discussing with seller. If it falls though I’ll go to a dealer. Temptations too much now - that’s exactly what I want one for. Friday nights at base camp, early hill day to follow.

@glenblaven Just be as sure as you can that it is all legit, take your time and make sure it's all above board, don't want you getting scammed. Hope it works out for you, if you have any doubts, walk away.

Good video Linda, enjoyed watching. It's my favourite route in Lomonds. It offers everything but only go there where it's not windy. There is a wee loch close to Bunnet stane, you can just see it on your aerial footage, I had a wee swim in there last summer.
@LindaOutdoors2 ай бұрын
Glad you enjoyed it Jonas. I think it’s the best route up and the most scenic. I didn’t notice the wee loch, will need to look at the footage. Thanks so much for watching. 👍

Whenever I watch videos of a wild but free Scotland I can’t help but imagining brave Scot’s men & women from the past who worked the land & had little communities dotted around the country before those nasty Redcoats stole their land & sent most of them to the colonies as convicts & slaves . Jamaica being one such place, most Jamaicans have a Scottish surname, if you watch the Olympics you’ll notice many of their athletes have Scottish surnames.

I often imagine what the scene might be when I visit previously inhabited places from the past. The highland clearance villages are sad reminders of mass persecution. Thank you so much for watching. 🙏
