The lever end supposed to be level with the body? Ive opened up old sdc carbs from sp125 and the lever is much higher and the saws ran fine.

@WestCoastMuscleSaws I'm running it above level in my sp125 101B I built (kept the carb settings the same as the 101AA that was in it) and so far it's happy, just had to fine tune idle speed. It passed pressure test and everything after cleaning and rebuild.

Glad your muscle Saw is running great. With the atmospheric vent under the filter, when running saw long hours and filter less than 75% clean , the setting becomes critical. Cutters would adjust jets to compensate for plugged filter and later clean filter and forget to re-adjust after cleaning filter. Not saying saw won’t perform with lever not set right, just letting collectors to be aware of possible issues and explaining how to set to factory specs. Take care, WestCoastMuscleSaws TheChainSawGuy Rich
