Westcott Designs Trd Pro Tacoma lift

Finally here is a video with factory size tires with a westcott Design lift. I did change the factory tires to KO2’s. This is my 2023 Trd pro Tacoma solar octane!

Before you do bigger tires. Assuming it’s an auto, I recommend a regear. These trucks have 3.91 gears and they’re not friendly with bigger tires. If the truck is a manual than you got 4.3s which will help a little. Do 5.29s and you’ll have a badass truck with a good tire combo.

Congrats, looks great!I have this kit on my truck. If you’re willing to give up the OEM wheels, you can get 285 load C on 17” wheels and weight is a wash with 265 OEM setup or even save weight, like for example using a SCS wheel and Toyo all terrain AT3 setup

Put 285/75/16 which is a 33 inch tire I think you would be happier

im about to buy this lift does this take away the rake and make it bulldog in the front ? I have bad eyes couldn't tell!

It levels it out, and it doesn’t take away from the rake. I can’t tell by driving it that I have a lift

Out of curiosity, what size KO2’s are on there right now? Debating between 265 and 285 and wondering if 265 might be too much gap.

I believe they are 265, Yes, I wish I had put 33's on that would have given a little more lift and taken more of the gap away

On my 22 trd pro my driver side wescott collar sit like a 1/8” higher on the shock than the passenger,is your like that too?

@@kaivicha2187 I’m pretty sure Westcott designs said one collar is driver side only, compensates for the weight of the gas tank and driver. Might be wrong but I’m pretty sure
