I have the same IFAC bag, in orange, that I use as a fire kit in my vehicle when I go camping. It contains numerous fire starters, natural and commercial, a lighter and, tucked in one of the back compartments...a folding firebox stove...full size!

I really like the new bag for the cook set, love Western omelette''s ,I like them over a biscuit, with sausage gravy all over it. The yeti is basically a portable refrigerator. Those Smithfield chops are delicious. Great meal great video Dave Canterbury.

Don’t get mad, but I’m going to use your line of “Man Oh Man” that reminds me of a western omelet that the mess hall used to make for me when I was in the Army! Great field mess for the Grandbaby and Me. Thanks Dave, I appreciate you!

I like to put a little hot sauce in the eggs before putting in the pan. Flip once. Add bacon pieces and sharp cheddar. Fold. Add 2 large scoops of PACE thick-n- chunky salsa beside to heat. Serve with salsa on top.

I love how you can piece items together for best fit. You think out of the box and that is one of the best traits you have. And, that omelet looked great!

Another carry solution for the multi fuel stove could be the water bottle carrier SRO sells. Right now I have a propane bottle on the bottom, with the stove in a stainless steel cup turned upside down on top in the main compartment. The wind screen, adapters and extra parts/tool are in the front compartment, and there's a bit more room to squeeze a lighter and some utensils in. I can't fit the 1000 ml bottle or pressure thingy in with this set up, but I'm not going to need it on this trip. I would bet if I went with an iso canister I could get the bottle and pressurizer in there too

Amazing youtube channel. I'm 21 now, I used to watch David canterbury when I was a really young boy on a show called dual survival when David was in his prime. Amazing that you are still all about bushcraft/survival David! I'm serious I always wanted to learn from you and through these videos and your books I can. I remember every episode from you and I'm still amazed how well you managed every time. So I'm following everythig you say, if you say a carbonsteel knife is the best knife I'm taking a carbonsteel knife. What you said about watching a review from people that actually used the knife is actually really usefull advice because an old good knife is a durable knife.

I use Jalapeno, Poblano, and bell peppers, red onion/green onion (any really) and tomatoes and just scramble with Siraracha on top.(maybe Avocado too) I don't think you'll find a better healthier breakfast anywhere than a Spanish/Western omelet/scrambled eggs!

I've seen you use smoked chops for several of your recipes. I just wanted to share that, if those are the Smithfield brand, the bone in chops have much more smoke flavor than the boneless, if you weren't already aware. I find them to be the perfect trade off between regular ham slices and salt cured country ham slices. Not too much salt but good smoke content.

The multi fuel stove all fits into the the pathfinder Molle bag. With no problem. Probably could fit a small propane tank too. Hope you get this. I'm liking this stove. But the the box was damaged. Not the box that it was shipped in. So that on your guys

id recommend slightly less filling, maybe one more egg or some cream, and instead of just a taco fold do a double fold. so like one side to the middle then the other side to cover. corn meal would make it have a nice crunch. but masa would be healthier. looks tasty though.
