I need to make a rainbow painting bricks shawl or sweater… It is on my list! I have to collect the neon rainbow yarns and find some time in between MKALs and HKALs and other projects…. And work.

My problem is keeping to one tone family. Every time I set up a project I find myself filling out the color wheel some how. It might be cool or hot, bright or muted, but I can't resist balancing the spectrum. Its too much for other people.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a color work shawl for an adventurous beginner. I’ve done minimal color work but really want to make some of Stephens beautiful shawls. Is there a “beginner friendly” one you would recommend?
