Great products for sure. Early menopause wasn’t discussed rarely even a decade ago. It’s great to see it talked about. I educated myself about HRT but it only has a window of time to be effective. Unfortunately my early menopause symptoms started to really flare in 2020. And the doctor simply downplayed them to the feelings we were all experiencing during lockdowns. Going through naturally because that’s how the cookie crumbled. For ladies in desperate need with night sweats/ hot flashes/mind fog…. For 3 months Start walking/NO alcohol AT ALL/drink water/eat your greens like we’ve all heard before. You will feel better.

I’m waiting too!!! I’ve got 2 empty components I don’t want to throw out. I’d love to see even some solid perfume options in the refill pans. Glossier makes one. So did Aerin. These could be gorgeous natural fragrance solids to throw in our bags?!

This is a great subject to talk about cos it is talked about way too little! I had the feeling a few months ago that my skin just dropped over night and that was awful! However havin said that there are multiple parts in this video that feel totally chopped up. A sentence is said and before you get the chance to go deeper something entirely different happens. It was really weird to watch.

Ladies, just spend a few minutes massaging your own face. get some tension out of your jaw muscles and forehead, make extreme expressions, etc. You'll be amazed how much more awake and alive you look afterward. And it's free. :-)

Women should stop using too many products on their skin. I have noticed that the more friction on the face, the faster it ages. In one routine there are like 10 steps. Yes, it works for Korean/Asian or thicker skinned women, but not for all women. I have noticed that when white women start using many products, they age faster. The ones who just use a few or leave their regimen as simple as possible, age better.

In fact Caucasian skin is thicker than all other races 😂 a lot if treatments like chemical peel should only be conducted on Caucasian skin than ppl of colour. but Caucasian skin do age faster that’s just genetics 🧬
