Westminster Job Centre Audit Fail!! Another G4S Tyrant.

My visit to Westminster Job Centre, where I find another Tiny Tyrant.
Good to hear the voice of reason from one of the G4S security team.
I was told again that the police would be called only to wait for quite some time when the reasonable G4S guard informs me that they haven't been called.
Apart from that it was quite a quiet visit.

Great Audit TLA. I'm sure another auditor (PTTP?) has a DWP memo which all Jobcentres should have that tells them to advise against filming, but basically "when push comes to shove", they have no powers to stop auditors filming.

They come with the DWP contract package; it is an absurdity but I believe they are there to intimidate claimants ( looks more like a court style set up) and to protect the floor staff who have had to impose cruel management ( who hide away) decisions on already desperate people.

You do know right, guards can legally prevent you access when you walk inside a front of house door on private property estate owned building with site sign saying no recording allowed, no hot food or drinks allowed and bicyles, open cans also biker helmets. On top of all that then you need to be inside these offices for a valid reason, work searching, advice, appointment or help with making new claim even if you said l am waiting for someone then guards by law wouldnt had bothered too much but you didnt give any other specific reason than just come in and film signs on boards and walls. When guard approach you after witnessing you are recording and talking to thin air without touching you by getting in you way, then it is permissible also fully allowed when guards are working and can challenge you same time with saying 'what can l help you with' or 'that not allowed, have to stop or leave'. The guard you were referring to that was threatening wasn't even in you way, but was asking you to leave as far as all he was saying also didn't throw any threatening words of abuse or insult to you and was continuing to be polite and PATIENT. Therefore you must had looked like a complete imbecile for even speaking about guard threatening you when there are also other facts coming from people in licenses that say different and all caught on you own camera. As far as l am concerned, the guard licensed was in every right to keep asking you to leave, so due to why you denied request is beyond me but what do you expect guards to do when you walk in to office full of continental information spoken, written and given by hand without permission to record. What you are holding on record in you device, can overlook customers details and be reviewed so is a massive data concern than someone just walking in without recording and overlooking because memory is harder to remember details but camera devices is easy to remember. His colleagues only once tried to calm guard down, when the guard you speak about only came closer to you personal space because you were rude and abusive to him by shouting which is a provocative motive to cause alarm making him feel for his own valued safety is nearer at risk as in seconds he may had felt need to react with prompt force in changing position to come in closer and prevent you from causing anyone else alarm because he dont know you or either met you before, so what do you expect with need to draw attention through escalating guard and singling him out in front of staff, customers and colleagues? If you ask me, these guards were polite as other offices with or without G4S security wouldn't had been this PATIENT and escorted you out. Only thing l side on with is fact guard was wearing silver chain overlapped and waist coat on, not standard dress code for G4S as currently it is navy polo or black polo with black trousers and no white shirt so could had been agency guard not G4S. This doesn't mean guard was in wrong, this is politest l had ever seen agency staff working alongside G4S because agency staff do have aggressive attitudes especially temporarily employed and not permanently by their subcontracted company working on behalf of G4S.
