Westphalia Waltz by Western Lights

A beautiful Waltz, Westphalia Waltz is an historic Texas waltz made famous by Cotton Collins in the 1940's named after the town of Westphalia, Texas. Westphalia Waltz was Included on the bands 1999 CD, "Favorites of ours". Western Lights Band Members on the recording include: Bill Ward -- Guitar, Martha Evins and Melvin Fong - fiddle, Mike Brooks -- Mandolin and Sam Ferry Bass. Recorded and mixed by my Good Friend Bob Snieckus, Thanks Bob! Special thanks to my wife Dana Ward for the beautiful photography to go along with this beautiful Waltz!

Beautiful. I used to listen to Cotton Collins play this on his violin in Austin, Texas in 1971, as he was Kenneth Threadgill's violin man at the time. How could anyone give this a thumbs down. Great job.
