I got arrested yesterday, in Indiana, on private property "family owned" the neighbor felt like it the corner I was on was his property, he called the police, came came over said I needed to put out the fire, I said I'll get the deed owner out here with a surveyor to show its his property and continued to put sticks from woodline plus a couple seats the neighbor threw out, cop said I'll call the fire dept to see if this was an illegal burn, I said sounds good, him on our property then says, whats your full name, I said I'll identify once a crime has been commeted, he then says I'm going to detain you, I replied, sounds good,puts me in cuffs, Bent my wrist sideways in cuffs, audio you can hear in video is, I'm trying to flip it, "my wrist" in cuffs at that, places me "in cuffs" then places me in cop car, property owner shows up as well as my friend that I live and care for the property with, cop then tells my friend, I tried to kick him, I heard this and yelled from the car, film this prick, takes me to jail, I didn't know my charge until being booked, Resisting arrest was the charge, I have everything on body camera, so far I've called a civil rights lawyers out of Indianapolis, the kicker is, once i found out whom this cop was, I dated his wife for about 5 years, I stated again and again, I'm going to sue you for this, I'm going to attempt for this video to absolutely go viral, and sue the Cambridge City police department, going to reach out to "We the people University" and see if he's interested in my video

Probable cause should be based on some material evidence that can be duplicated in the courtroom, and not just "say so" of someone who can easily lie on the stand. Rheal from Canada . What gets at me is this . Our country has Rights and Freedom Laws . With these laws it prevents us all from being society slaves . The most important laws that protects us .Sssssooooo why are is there no mandatory classes to educate us all on Rights and Freedom . Never mind science or history classes .Constitutional Freedom and Rights should be number one subjects during our school years .

I recently bought a THC vape cartridge and some edibles. Pulled over with the purchase sitting on the passenger seat. Cop asked what it was and I told him. Nothing happened. OH CANADA!

I got pulled over in Texas and was drinking a forty ounce malt liquor he asked me if I was drinking and I said yes and he said have a good night lol. God Bless Texas

Thrice I've been rousted and searched/attempted search in KC's Union Station between Amtrak rides- apparently a cowboy looks out of place? Now I just mess with them- smudged for the journey with sage, sweetgrass, etc and greet the 'undercover' cops on the platform stepping off. Funny how the dogs take no notice...
