WF41 SHORT: Kayak Deck Hatch - Perception Outlaw 11.5

Here’s a quick video installing a new deck hatch on my Perception Outlaw kayak. The Outlaw is a great kayak but it didn’t come with any hatch. Unfortunately the cut out areas only fit 5” hatches.
Here is the hatch unused, in this size, there aren’t many options but the fit and finish of this was great!

No silicone? Is this by chance the “Harmony Gear” deck plate from Amazon? Its the only 5” plate I can find..

No I felt the hatch sealed well enough without it, easy enough to remove and add if I think it needs it. The link to the hatch is in the video description
