If Sheff did something wrong, then fine, the system works for that and it will be handled. But there is donething very crazy how this is being handled. Hot head hitting Shefflers window with his flashlight is really goofy. This is not a randum stop, and Sheff is exactly where he is suppose to be. Its not normal. The officer was esculating things and that crazy. Sheff isnt pulling forward with any speed. He barely gets off his breaks. He probably had zero clue anything was wrong. Leadership of his supervisors to come in and defuse the situation is clearly lacking as well. This department has been having issues and its starting to become clear why... they over react to simple situations.

Im sure some calls have been made but that DA seems almost crazy. I'm sure the governor is hoping and praying it goes away because he knows if the charges persist after the arraignment those special calls will start coming in. They will be benign at first...maybe just checking to see what he has heard. And slowly get more aggressive...like "Wow...Kentucky has always been a great host for us (PGA)...would be a shame to see Valhalla no longer on the rotation"

I wasn't ever able to validate my ego growing up failed at sports relationships and many other things in life so I became a cop so I could validate my masculinity by using my authority to control others I would have never been able too otherwise and it feels great. Unfortunately in todays day and age with cameras everywhere I have been really depressed and have a lot of repressed anger about no longer being able to impose my will on the citizens anymore. I feel sorry for this cop and hope the system protects him so our corruption can flourish again someday.

Law enforcement as a whole needs to be Restructured. Higher education requirements (A 2.0 GPA, well below the average, and 16 weeks of training is all you need to be a police officer in most states. The government has actually passed rulings that law enforcement can deny somebody for being to smart, the national average IQ score for police nationally was 21 to 22, the equivalent of a 104 IQ). Medical evaluation for Health and Steroid usage (steroids are known to increase irritability, anxiety and aggression and cause mood swings, with symptoms of paranoia and lack of emotion), psychological evaluations annually, and Term limited Civilian Oversight board.

I am a retired LEO put in 25 years, and yes that officer was out of control and from what has been revealed has very likely lied on his arrest affidavit which is a crime in it self, also his striking the window as he did he should be charged with criminal mischief himself. By the way that officer seems to have a history of being suspended.
