Natalie, I have been vegan for 2 years. Slowly getting into WFPB. Watching your videos give me inspiration and makes it an easy transition (Newbie to your channel). When i feel like giving up all i need to do is watch your videos, and i bounce back. I choose option 2! Haven't gotten the book yet, and would LOVE to have it. Glad you are doing well, and you are a Gem to care for others and still make time to post. Positive vibes being sent your way for continuous good news and GREAT food.

Hi, Natalie! I will go with Option 2. Love the content. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your channel. It is very difficult to follow a plant-based diet, especially where I live. I am in South Africa in a relatively small town and do not really have access to all the fancy ingredients that people add to their recipes that I see on KZbin and Instagram. Your channel has made it so easy for me to follow a plant-based diet. I am able to access 95%, if not 99%, of the ingredients on your list or I can easily get substitutes and that makes life incredibly easy. And with being a full-time working mom and part-time student I love that your recipes are easy to follow and make. They are quick (most of the time), simple and taste amazing. I just love, love, love them and you. I really hope that you pull through with whatever you are going through. Wishing you and your family well in this tough time! Thank you for taking the time to give us this content even though you are going through a hard time. That is one of the endearing things about you, you and your channel are genuine. The content that you create proves that you just want to share the light and knowledge you have with the world and you are not just doing it for likes! ❤

Hi Natalie. I’m glad you’re still managing to film some content despite your family issues, but I totally understand if the channel has to take a back seat for a while. I vote for option 2 as I find all your content very informative and I like your simple approach to preparing tasty and wholesome WFPB meals, which are easy to recreate and very tasty 😋

Option 1, big fan, like you and your channel just the way it is. The films are always somewhere between 8 and 11 minutes, which is great! The recipes are simple and you explain it very clear. I'm very happy with your channel and would be so pleased to win a paperback of your cookbook (!!!) Go on just like you are, don't change anything, you are such a nice person to hang out with on KZbin

I get Subway veggie delight (loaded with all the vegetables) toasted and topped with sweet onion teriyaki sauce when I'm out. It's not perfect but it is enough to get me through the day out. PS: I believe the white bread option is vegan in all locations but not all their bread is vegan. Worth noting.
