Between this project, the Obama Library, the proposed development around the United Center, and the new 78, development in Chicago will be booming during the next decade. The west and south sides of the city will eventually be gentrified, and Chicago will become a city for the wealthy. All the riff raff will move out to the suburbs and to other states.
