Amazon's process is knowledge of need followed by inventing a solution for the need. This gives a sense of purpose for what we are doing and also maximizes efficiency.

Why pay for college, when you can watch with advertising free? Let the ads cover the cost of test as well. Lightning just strike’d 😂

He is trying to simplify it, which is great. However, I think the more complex and accurate answer is that it is to do one or more of the following 1.decipher a more accurate problem, 2.solve a more accurate solution to a problem, and 3.blueprint and build a more adapted business(tailored for more competitiveness than competitors). Having enough of one or more of those so to be competitive. More the better. Meaning, you find closer to ideal answer which others are not. He misattributes novelty(meaning substantially different, which isn't always more competitive) for accurate or adapted(meaning more ideally iterated). He does that for simplicity sake I believe.

@@Richard_is_cool 1. Did you ever think of the idea that his/her first language might not be English? How many langauges do you speak RICHARD? 2. His/her English is fine. However, you should learn what constructive criticism is. Go educate yourself and keep your unnecessary comments to yourself! 3. Spreading hate does only show how unhappy you are with your own life. If you need help, go to therapy man...

@@Andeereees could he not mean learn to write as in learn to write your business plan? Learn to write your pitch to investors?
