Ann, nice trip to the village market. The tomatoes and onions r expensive in the village because of quality of food there.

Is that not the wholesale price that is cheaper for the rice? If you buy 5kg of rice in Kenya direct direct from the manufacturer, not from a local shop, would it still be five times more expensive?

Yes it would be cheaper from a wholesaler ,but not as cheap as the one we bought...
