Much more character and personality in this Appartement. I feel like these modern luxurious minimalistic concrete apartments are so soulless and not worth the asking price. Never makes you feel welcome, much less at home.

This is gorgeous! I love the primary bedroom closet hidden behind the accent wall for the bed. Very smart use of space. I think having extra space used as an office in the gathering room was also very smart. I love it!

Omg, this is stunning! As an interior designer the only thing that I would change are the doors in the laundry unit, they're fine but I think it would be so much nicer if they went back to the sides when you open them (like hide in the sides of the closet). It would feel so much nicer and they wouldn't be in the way when open.

They do make a kitchen look funny indeed, it's like there isn't even a kitchen there. Also hiding the microwave inside a cupboard like this isn't a great idea, these things need ventilation while in use. Everything in there is going to smell like re-heated curry after a while.

Most Positive thing that caught my eye: the Japanese whiskey in the pantry. only negative I gotta say is the black backdrop for the kitchen - the oils from the fingers/prints show up. Eh maybe I’m nitpicking But if someone gave me this loft, I wouldn’t say no. :) It’s a beauty!!

One of the nicest apartments (only the bathroom with a tub is a bit boring when compared to the rest of the apartment)! I love it looks like home and is sophisticated at the same time. Very relaxed and serene. Would buy on a spot.
