Great tour! What an amazing condo for less than $500! Can't get anything like that in the States... Love the open kitchen, spacious living/dining area. Big mirror in bedroom makes the room feel much bigger!

This is the building I just rented my place at, love Galae Thong Tower! Lots of value for money, mine is a similar sized unit but interesting to see how the landlord has designed it entirely different. The office is a big + for this apartment, but I love the design of mine.

Oh heck yeah....I like this one. Balcony is big, size is better than most. Nice kitchen. I don't do bathtubs, but the fact that there is also a shower works well for me. I'll be looking for something like this when I move back to Chiang Mai, for sure.

It's probably about a 15 minute walk to the moat I'd say, maybe 20 :)

This is PERFECT for us. Lots of nice living space, a good kitchen, office space too. Now if only we could find something exactly like this where they would take a cat! Been searching today. 249 possible rentals in the area we are looking at, but put in a filter to accepts cats and suddenly there are 6 left and none of them are in any way appealing. Its a real struggle and I don't know what we're going to do :-( Thanks for the look around.

Very nice apt, at a very reasonable price. I would talk to the owner though about the door for the washer. Get a carpenter to come in and build a door that would close/hide the washer better. I doubt it would very expensive.

Can I put in a request please for a video tour? We're bringing our cat and condos don't accept pets, and the houses that do are too far out or very old and shabby at best. When we arrive this year we are thinking of staying in Flora House until we can find the right home. Do you think they would let you look around? As we could be living there for a couple of months, we'd like to know if there are any cooking facilities, how comfortable the rooms are, and what is walkable in the local area.
