As a born & raised NY'er..in this one I'd say Enes won with the house but NYC is vibes/amenities 24/7 and that only gets better & better by preference of area. The UWS is quite a happy medium for most. I just hate the color red lol

Ryan you are the sort of person people should aspire to be like, there are far too many self obsessed people on social media nowadays with no positive attributes to speak of, who amass millions of followers and subscribers without really adding anything of value. You, however, are a role model, extremely hard working, and passionate about your work, your family, fitness, and good living, and extremely affable and positive. I could probably have said that without negatively describing others but it is getting ridiculous just how self-absorbed and desperate for fame/notoriety so many seem to be. Loving the collab with Enes. Editing, camerawork, and presentation with both of you is always on point. Also if you could swing it, I reckon you and ryan reynolds on a video together would be cracking, you two have very similar personalities.

As an outsider who has no stake in this, I vote for west coast. Weather is a nice perk but more importantly they have more room, more land, just more personal space on the street not rubbing shoulders on sidewalks and smelling each others farts on subways, more independence to drive alone and park diagonally in 2 spots anywhere, you can see the sun and the horizon rather than be trapped within concrete and glass skyscraper walls from all 4 sides
