Hi guys! In this video we travelled up to Managua, Nicaragua from our home in Rivas to buy a car. We also visit a nearby beach which is our favourite beach that we've been to so far.

It is very interesting to me as a central american that a foreign couple from a developed country choose to live in a third world country! I guess you guys love the tropical weather and the natural beauty of the country itself and its people... Which is totally fascinating fascinating and clear example of PERSPECTIVE. Keep it up guys! I love how humble and friendly you seem to be. 🎉

It is a beautiful part of the world with nice, authentic people. And in many ways much more free than the west.

Hi guys ✌🏻 Found your channel about a week ago and enjoyed your first 2 vids. Congrats on your new car 👍🏻 love it, great choice, it's small enough without being a sedan... it'll definitely take you to your adventure destinations... With just a little TLC, it'll look like a whole new SUV. It's great to see you're exploring less touristy and more local, off tge beaten path type of places... Can't wait to see where you'll go next! Cheers ✌🏻😎

Congratulations on your new jeep! (I know it’s not that brand but that’s the way we call that vehicle type lol) Where did you look for the vehicle? Facebook marketplace? The bane of your diving experience will be those moto taxis (1:50), they slow everything down 😒 Once you learn other drivers behaviors it’ll be smooth sailing (for example, some people don’t use their turn signals but you learn to identify when they’ll turn).
@travellingroots7 ай бұрын
Thank you so much! We also call it a jeep in England too haha. It's a Dodge Raider but really it's a Mitsubishi just branded as Dodge. We found all three cars on Marketplace, that's right. The driving is a little unpredictable! As you said, no indicators are used so you really have to pay attention.

Good morning you guys ! I admirers that you people come from an organized society to experience something so different is beyond my mind., I left Nicaragua back in 1984 I was 15 years old and i live in Canada ever since., I’m surprised to see in your videos that the local people won’t change their way ., being poor doesn’t have to be dirty I see a lot of trash on the roads ,and playa gigante a beach town should be made more attractive specially where tourists go to visit., ouch I don’t know how you do it., the government should invest in beach towns just like they are investing in hi ways and hospitals., Any ways , may god bless you in your journey, please help make Nicaragua great again , like back before the revolution in 1979.
