This project is giving me Subaru flashbacks. The one I had the bearings were all pressed in. Over the years they seem to have learned how to make their cars a bit easier to work on. That's nice since you will spend the rest of your life fixing it. Nice job on this.

When i saw this video it reminded me , man i have a job to do. Change a stripped wheel stud on the rear hub on 2013 Kia Optima. I've been driving for weeks with 4 bolts holding the wheel.🤡🤡🤡 I hope somehow i could maneuver and install the new stud only. Not having to change the whole bearing-hub assembly. Judging by the video footage it's possible on this Subaru. But on the Kia's , i'll see only when i remove the brake disc.
