They should change their ad or the way they promote this game. The strength or uniqueness of this game is we play or control a team of 4, not just 1 summoner/character like other games. Other games mostly do team fight in turn base format games, but com2us make it happen like this beautifully with a lot of cc effects, buff and harmful effects. I don't think other games done this or do it better than this game. Com2us should highlight the team formation and all the effects that this game have in their ad video. Peoples will be excited to play this game when they know that they can control 3 more monsters, not like other games that only have a pet as companion.

While they react quickly to complaints, they've managed to create an EVEN BIGGER PROBLEM with the recent compensation. This so-called compensation is utterly UNREASONABLE and has completely DESTROYED THE GAME BALANCE. If they don’t fix this mess properly, I'M DONE WITH THIS IDIOT GAME.
I understand where you are coming from, boss. I don't think there is a solution for this as they have already sent the compensation. Let's just be hopeful they won't repeat a mistake as big as this again.

The official approach to compensation was a 1-to-1 replacement, or in some cases, even more. Essentially, players were given an entire set of near-perfect gear with only 10% less critical damage-for free. This is no longer compensation but preferential treatment. For players who didn’t play JIN during the initial period, those who addressed JIN gear after the bug was fixed, or those who allocated their resources to other summoners during this time, their "fortunate" avoidance of the bug has turned into an "extremely unfortunate" loss of resources. They missed out on a set of game materials that would take over a year to accumulate under normal circumstances. The value of this compensation far exceeds all the content we have invested in during this period, including monetary purchases. Moreover, it includes additional rare materials, such as Refining Catalysts, which are entirely unrelated to the bug. The bug had no impact on Refining Catalysts, yet players were still compensated with an excessive amount of them. Under normal circumstances, no player would wish to encounter a bug. However, due to the extraordinary generosity of this compensation, many of us now strongly wish we had experienced the bug ourselves. We want to be "harmed" just to receive the compensation. As beneficiaries, some of you may feel that this compensation is justified, but I urge you to consider this from the perspective of others. I believe you would understand our concerns.

The devs answered quickly to this issue, but the compensation has created another issue now... It was a hard decision to make and there were a lot of points of view to review, as well as technical complications that make some solutions not possible. I understand that they took what they considered the best solution possible, even if it not everyone might agree. At least i'm happy to hear that they are trying their best and you are comming back to our community :)

It's good to know we have you back. But I think this compensation will left an even worse feeling for ppl. who missed that timeframe they mentioned and got nothing left, because new set will be here in a month or so and they already spent all their resources accumulated over a long period of time. Personally, after what they did with celestial pass, I don't want to spend for anything anymore even for Galagoss pass.

As you may know, in the beginning, repeat battles didn't make sense. You started from the beginning of the dungeon, skills were random, and failure = Stop I think it's getting better little by little :)

Please please suggest them for more guild vs guild content, I have so many monsters and runes set on each of them; where do I use them? We need more content like siege. Or a simpler version since a lot of people complain siege took too much time (not me). Because all we do is grinding for better runes and equipment, feel really dull after Wednesdays when siege ends. I love this game, and there are people like me like siege as well. And please take a hard look at sky arena, they are successful for a reason. I loved that game for 8years. Really wanted to play chronicles for a long time. ❤❤❤

How about removing pay to win aspects of the game ? like : - Arena double rank gained with pass - Stats on pay-to-get skins of summoners and now monsters (......) - Galagos pass which litteraly double your rank points... - Mining F2P limitation with no pass Or I don't know, like actually balancing the summoners between themselves ? Like World Boss is Kina-driven....

You litteraly pay a pass to get more rank than other... or you just pay so many pass you don't even realize the bonus they give... @@storyteller_tv Neither for me, but they don't give more rewards, they give more RANKS (and entries ?), destabilizing the ranking. Before "Total War" pass, i was 2nd of my server, after, i am doubled by every new account with pass because i can't get enough rank points from my entries (and i have almost no lose on defense and all attacks are won) Even so, let's say on a Win it is not relevant (even so it is to me and it is not to you), how would you call paying for stats in game, if not P2W ? That's the paid Monster/summoners Skin to you. In every real F2P games, advantages are cosmetics only or it is a P2W, you litteraly pay for ADVANTAGES that cannot be gained without paying. Thank you for answering but please do give it a real thought because I cannot understand how you don't see it is not F2P but P2W... Try it yourself, don't pay arena pass on an alt account see what rank you reach and if you can compete with arena pass members. I swear to you it will not be the same game :)

I admit that they do try, but they continue to make bad decisions. Their advertisement has been bad especially for American servers and now its dead. They still haven't addressed battlefield issues and waste their time on creating modes like Total War. I tried leaving on battlefield queue one day and it was 8 hour queue, players clearly dislike the current battlefield, but they don't consider doing anything about it. They have many problems, but often focus on the wrong things. How do we still not have 2x speed for auto modes like challenge arena??

Problem is the sheer level of over-compensation, they got back EVERY single catalyst they used, even though the stat difference changed absolutely nothing to do with that, 30 legendary consumables which has nothing to do with that, energy which has nothing to do with that, every refine stone and then finally every preservation stone back, which is something they should get, some of them, but the stat change is so minor it hardly would use any resources in the first place to get back the stats you need, it's literally 1 or 2 items changed to fix your crit/damage by the minor difference, meanwhile people who built her the 2nd day like me get NOTHING, but if I built her the 1st day I would have 45+ catalysts back and 10k preservation stones, I used over 6k on 1 item just to fail to get the like 1/6 chance of getting precision last slot on sub weapon, over 30 attempts and never even got it, while those catalysts are enough for an entirely new summoner to be upgraded, yet I would keep Jin fully upgraded and have 10k more preservation attempts, some energy to get her and my monsters leveled for the cap and more legend consumables to gear them, don't even care about the refine stones since I have a million still anyway but it still used 1/3rd of my stock that I would get back.

You were all warned in the first place her stats were wrong in the known issues, but because I was doing the story quests and using my energy I don't get over a years worth of resources that would cost $1000s to buy that has absolutely nothing to do with what minor things you have to change to fix the issue, should have been 200k refine and 2k preservation stones, that would be more than enough to fix any issues in a build and not piss off everyone who can read or didn't have time to upgrade day 1. Meanwhile the useless devs still haven't even fixed her wind 3rd alternate skill doing 5x the normal damage for more than 50% more than an Orbia ultimate, really want to see how long it takes them to notice, players clearly have.
