After the Fort Charles marina was developed, the water level in the Alleyndale well fell . That was why the BWA sunk that well and we started experiencing the discoloration of the water which has persisted to this day.

If the rusty pipes are responsible for the rust colored water which contains mud, why is it only seen in St Lucy and Alleyndale distribution network?
