8:44 When I was a cop I felt as weighed down as this guy. I weighed my belt, gear and vest and it weighed 36 pounds. I ran triathlons back then and Thank God, because if I hadn't, I wouldn't have been able to keep up with suspects that ran and it's embarrassing to have a teenager or young adult just leave you in the dust.

Norwalk Tower again and Roanoke certainly put on good show. Watching the Austell race, I noticed a 'VeraSun' Energy Hopper, in the near Train @11:25 Easy to see why the far Train won the Austell race - there was an Executive SD70MAC in the Lash-up, what more could the Crew want?
