Hello Matthew, First I would like to commend you for your videos from the past, many of which I have watched over time. Unfortunately, the last few videos you have posted about ALFADAN are a gross misrepresentation of our company and our Big Block i4 engine project. With regards to the recent changes on our website, here are the facts. Six months ago, we started to work on our Reg A+ campaign. Per Federal regulations here in the USA, we are prohibited from disclosing, discussing or posting anything about the process. The differences you show from our first campaign to the current campaign are based on federal regulations that require us to include the disclaimers you have seen and outlined. These disclaimers are standard for any of these offerings and are there to protect the investors. Our company has now successfully completed and in depth financial and legal audit required by our federal laws. This process is created to make sure companies are legitimate and for the protection of all its investors. The completion of this process and compliance with the US Federal Government alone should clearly address many of your comments. All of the changes to our website we're completed weeks ago and were waiting for clearance before we could post them. Logos such as Amazon, KZbin and Freevalve were removed per legal requirements and nothing to do with your comments. We were waiting for the new campaign page to go live in order to implement the new changes. The video section of our site was set up because of the overwhelming number of emails we have been receiving. Our plan has been to post videos addressing these questions in order to inform the general public and hopefully reduce the volume of emails. Our engine is in fact being developed by Mahle and we are following the same process followed by most if not all the large OEM car companies. We are working hard to develop this engine and have a preset completion date, unlike many other companies that are in a perpetual R&D stage with no realistic focus on generating sales. Unlike other companies, we did not build a useless prototype to use as a Hollywood prop to entice people to invest. Our original two cylinder was used to test some materials and was built before engaging with Mahle. Having used that engine to raise money would have been dishonest and misleading. Instead, our process is exactly as we have stated and as recommended by Mahle. If you received my email then you should have my personal contact information. I look forward to speaking with anyone interested in our project. Albert 786-280-1246

Colin, I noticed that the other day. This is a project where multiple people are working together and sometimes we can all make an honest mistake. @@alfadanhighperformanceoutb8416 you know what. I believe that you have actually convinced yourself that this design will work and you'll have a successful business. I'm sure you had the exact same belief with every other failed business venture. You're basically using other people's cash to fund your gamble while ensuring that you make money no matter the outcome. They'd be better going to the roulette wheel at their local casino and putting everything on red! Parting fools from their money may not be illegal but the morality of what you're doing absolutely sucks. Colin, Over the years I have been involved in many things but at the end, we changed the RC Jet industry, our turbine engines are still flying today and my other business has had 30 years of success with zero advertising. My luggage wrapping product was sold and used in Central and South America. In the case of Alfadan, we hired experts to take over the design and lead the way. Given that this is the first time I work with investors, I take it very seriously and must therefore do everything I can to stack the odds in our favor. What you refer to as failure, I refer to as experience that helps pave the way for a better future. Remember the old saying, "Every overnight success story comes after ten plus years of hard work".

@wallacengineering80963 жыл бұрын
I believe they say that they have a completed prototype but then say they are 1/3 done because a 30-HP tiny two-cylinder is hardly a boat engine. Its a scale model designed to prove the concept and what is 1/3 complete is the large displacement inline 4 designed to actually power a boat. I understand you skepticism but you should also give them a chance. Lots of startups that people claim to be scams are actually passionate people who really try quite hard to achieve their dreams and just come up short. I believe they need some time to produce a demonstration. If they can't get it done within a couple more years, then there is potentially an issue.

We have an ancient saying. Horse or donkey, pull it for a run. Run the model engine. Show it to public.
@mazdamaniac46433 жыл бұрын
The first thing that gets me is: why a boat engine? That's a niche product range right there. Like inventing a lawnmower engine that does 500mpg. WHY??? If this fantastical technology was able to do anywhere near what it claims, why would you ever need to crowd-source it? I mean come on, I drive boats for a living and nearly everything about this Alfadan idea looks like a total scam invented by people that don't know a single thing about boats. Lighter engines sound good, until you realise that a lighter engine than spec. would make the boat plane wrongly on the water and become unstable, which is inherently dangerous.
@dirtygarageguy3 жыл бұрын
That's a very good set of points
@mazdamaniac46433 жыл бұрын
@@dirtygarageguy Yeah cheers Matt. I was skimming over the Alfadan site when I realised this. The spec. plate on our rescue boat grades suitable engines for that particular hull design within a min-max horsepower (kW) limit, but also a min-max weight limit for whatever engine you wish to use. Fitting one of these Alfadan engines to it would make it either ridiculously overpowered or severely under-engined, either of which is really dangerous when the situation calls for precise boat handling to rescue people out of the water. In rough sea states, I can see that it could easily flip or roll the boat with an Alfadan engine. That means that if you fitted an Alfadan engine, you would probably have to add ballast to the boat to make it handle again, which makes the weight/fuel economy savings completely pointless. If you didn't add ballast, you might even run foul of insurance issues because then your boat would technically be un-seaworthy on inspection.
@kamenriderblade20993 жыл бұрын
In the end, you gotta look at where every new Engine or Part design (Company/Group/Entity/Individual) is sourcing their money from. If it's coming from joe average consumer through e-begging, I'd be vary skeptical. Getting nervous about that investment? Analysis, critique and discussion are a healthy and vital part of discourse, especially when you are discussing potentially groundbreaking technology. This sort of discussion only helps.

You go on like you know that it's a scam! But you don't. I think this is a real design. So what if they changed the wording. Maybe it turned out more difficult than they first thought. This is just the same as del bashing, and we all know you were a major contributer to his heart attack! What an evil toxic individual you are! I also saw the driving 4 answer creator defending himself against your attacks, and bravo to him. He handled you like a true gentleman 👏 Why don't you make your own content instead of ripping off other people's? Like really, torque is one of the units of HP, and you claim its not real? Next you'll be saying gravity isn't a force and that pressure isn't a force!

Defending himself against attacks? Lol fuck off. Was he dodging comments like neo from the matrix? What are you talking about?! I'm not even getting into forces with you, you're obviously a cabbage. Now onto the the heart attack. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 My fault? I think this was caused by stripping the busa back and realising it was better half stripped than what he'd done to it. He was about to say as much in the video, then realised he didn't have the heart for it.
