I like to add onion soup mix and siracha to the unsweetened coconut yogurt and have it with potato chips 😊 I think it’s a good dip base!

I boil my tempeh for 10 minutes (before baking or frying), it cuts the bitterness IMO 😊

Have you tried crumbling your tempeh? My fave way to eat it is to crumble and fry up with some garlic, ginger and scallions and then add peanut sauce. Since tempeh is a bit nutty/earthy it goes well. I usually add bell peppers, carrots, or whatever veggies and eat in lettuce cups or over rice. Adding cilantro and/or Thai basil is magical too.

I always marinate tempeh in soy sauce mixed with water, garlic paste, paprika, black pepper and golden syrup. Cook it in the sauce and it makes an amazing glaze.

hi sweet emily!! about your love for spicy nuggets with creamy sauce-I wholeheartedly agree hehe when I was vegetarian in middle school, I lived on morningstar nuggets that I would dip in hidden valley ranch mixed with franks buffalo sauce!! i love trying vegan dupes of my nostalgic vegetarian meal haha and another side note: I really like using your youtube videos as a decompression between classes when I eat. it’s become such a comforting part of my school life and it’s something I treasure greatly! The Ramen Express isn’t accidentally vegan - it is intentional! Look at the packet - it is certified vegetarian and certified vegan. I buy it all the time because my favorite way to eat tofu is in ramen. 😊
