one of the journal oiling hole seem to not have had it's cutting edge removed .

I could be wrong since this is a video . Just check to make sure in case i am right . Should not affect the bolt but bearing could have abnormal wear . But maybe the deburing was not done on one of the connecting rod cap . Just saying . It's rare usually it's wiress electricity wreacking havoc on average engine@@DriftDreams242

That’s a deep skirt block with crossbolted mains. Sheesh, and cast iron? Surely that’s boost compatible

Its actually one of the most favorable blocks you can get in the 4.6 variant, its a teksid block from italy, from the early 4.6 DOHC motors that came in the lincoln mark 8 and early cobra models,

Hey man it happens, maybe some oil left under the stud, and that can give a false torque reading, compressing the oil instead of getting the full torque on the stud, seen that happen before a couple of times. It has happen to many others, your not junk at building engines, you will get it right on the next one.
