There are some models of darts that use needles with holes on the side like Daninject and Telinject, and there are others that have the hollow needle that Life Noggin mentioned like the Pneudart ones and I believe some darts from Palmer Cap-Chur, but those depend on how they make the plunger move. The ones with the hole on the side use an air chamber that is located behind the drug chamber. They have a small object in the back to maintain pressure. The other darts like the Pneudarts have a small charge which will detonate when the dart hits the target

I got stun by two bees in the head when i was 6-8 and my mom said my face was swelling and that its not just the the stinger that sticks to you but a venom YES VENOM sac attached to the stinger and to remove it you need to brush it off and not pinch it or else you’ll make more of the venom come out But I don’t know if a wasp/hornet are the same or not, but wasps keep there stinger so they can keep stinging you and there very aggressive and there are others that are even worse some will leave after a while or if you go away and some others where you mess with one of them (or they think you messed with one of them) then the whole hive goes after you And theres hives aren’t a classical bee hive some live in old ant hills, trees, and those muddy spots that are on the outside of your house and might be very territorial probably would explain the aggressive behavior And one last thing honey badgers aren’t immune to bee or wasp or hornet stings they can just tolerate them for a while

Well yeah a hornet is kind of like a wasp but there are a few distinctions. A hornet is much bigger than a wasp, which creates a misconception about how their sting is always more dangerous/painful than wasp or bee stings. It just depends on which species you're talking about. Hornets are heavily armored for their size and a few hundred of them can decimate a whole bee hive, Asian hornets are particularly known for that and have a bad rep for it. Hornets also tend to have much small colonies. Also, Hornets can sting multiple times if provoke and will usually do so. Bees usually sting one times, hornets and wasp sting multiple times because they don't risk their lives when stinging.

I had a motorcycle accident that left me with an open fracture. When I was taken to the ER the nurse tried to draw blood, as I have a fear of needles i may have pushed her harder than necessary and tried to run away...On a broken leg (I'll admit it was a poor choice) she then sat on my chest and shot me with something in my arm. Dear Blocko, Love ur vids and I enjoy them so much but I would like to add an educational correction to several animations throughout the course of this video: The tranquilizer serum does not inject through the end of the needle as most people think. Instead, most tranquilizer darts (if not all) inject the serum through a small slit in the side of the needle. This slit is originally covered by a thin rubber film which keeps the serum from spurting out at the wrong time. When the needle goes through the skin though, the rubber film cannot make it through the skin which allows the serum to inject freely. Once again, I'm not trying to brag or bring you down for making a small mistake, I would just like to add this tiny bit of info to help educate the viewers a little further.
