I've watched a bit, if the Young Bucks weren't there, I'd probably watch it more. Their matches specifically make it difficult for me. They never end on the high note/obvious climax. That said, I also wish them the best, the better they do, the better the pro-wrestling industry as a whole does since they're WWE's direct competition.

Wwe is wrestling expanded. Vince decided to stretch the realms of possibility of what could take place in HIS wrestling ring, and it invited a world of showbiz glam into it. For prople who go "he's using them wrong", no he isnt, he knows exactly who he wants to see. He wants the performers in his company to POP out of the tv screen when they're in the ring. He respects everything about wrestling ability (believe it or not), but he wants everyone to basically try to do what The Rock did, which is basically look at the camera and have it seem like some kind of big spot, and Vince knows that's where the money lies. That's the main thing he likes to see, who can do more with less. An example of why Wyatt doesn't work out as ideal is because Wyatt is used to doing less with more. All of that production is actually investing a lot into him so whenever he "ruins" Bray, he doesn't, it's not one little decision that's tossing everything around, it's the performer in it. Wyatt seems to get Vince really excited around the ideas for his character which he more than excels at himself, but then the performer just hits a rut after a while, when one little thing goes awry. The reason Vince "buries" people is to put them under pressure in the spotlight and to see how they handle it. I'm not a Vince apologist but i feel he is overly disrespected by a large portion of people who don't think about why he does things and 'settle' on Vince = bad discussions. As a few people in the vid said, different companies, different philosophies. As Vince said in Beyond the Mat "We make movies", it's pretty disingenuous to insult him for knowing his own objectives in life and slating him for achieving them ha. I love wrestling, it's super tame, this vitriol within it really doesnt belong. Aew is wrestling influenced from the world, it's more about presenting the spirit of competition than waiting for a movie to happen. Both are fine and wholly different.

I love these responses. It was the same back in the days of the Monday night wars. WCW had some amazing content. Some of which was adapted into WWE. With out the NWO there would be no DX. When one company reigns supreme, it gets stale and wrestling starts to suffer. When you have a multitude of options. Wrestling strives. If we get bored with one promotion, we check out what’s going on in the other two major promotions. I travel a lot so I end up binge watching on peacock, Fite or the NJPW website. It differentiates so much from company to company that it makes what looks repetitive to some fans(people who watch the same promotion week in, week out) and makes it welcome to others. It’s what I love about modern day wrestling. We have AJ in WWE, Omega in AEW and Ospreay in NJPW. When the top three in the world are spread between three promotions, wrestling itself seems to fire on all cylinders
