This plane was once part of my 5-year plan, unfortunately that was pre-lockdown, pre-inflation, pre-tightening of the purse strings. One day, one day.... Just gorgeous.

It was a shipwreck in the making, a55hole CEO took the company into bankruptcy. The best part was the CEO was able to Con the Chinese to invest on his failure and then call the Gov saying it was a national threat. Too bad for the family of the chief designer who wasted his life following Mr. Hawkins. Now the dream is gone.

Amazing product. Several dealbreakers though. The price. The competition in the new and used market. The bankruptcy. The egregious purchase contract. The mandatory airframe rebuild time limit at 2000 hours. Also the safety record, although improved and more pilot than plane driven, is poor.

They basically marketed these as planes that your average drunk fratbro can drive. What did you expect
