what bass drum head do you use? the sound is awesome!

It’s the stock head that came with the maple gum drum. I think it’s a coated ambassador batter side.

For me I sit down, run the Gordon Goodwin big phat band drum book, page 1 to end, then cry🤣🤣 but yup reading is key, im a cruise ship drummer and i rather read and red even mistakes, job demands. Sometime mu fundamentals ain't balanced already, specially on an e kit sometimes😅😅, but yup, reading with interpretation is my go to, then I just incorporate the fundamentals there. Awesome vid by the way
