WHAT?! ANOTHER ‘SPECIAL EVENT’?!!

I don’t know about you, but I am pooped!
I am tired. I am in need of less.

Even more resting for me is the only way through these EXTRA times in the year.
Did you know that HSPs need more rest and sleep than typical folk? Did you know that neurodivergent people do too?
With all that additional processing that goes on in our brains, and how more easily our nervous systems can become overwhelmed it is essential that we rest!
