I hadn't seem it that way but it totally makes sense to invest in multi-family homes and apartment buildings. I am new to this and was going to start investing in single family homes to flip them and make some profits while I grow, but you show some ways to get into apartment buildings from the start. At the moment I am saving my money for when that opportunity comes and in the meantime I am researching my market, going out there to look, even if I am not buying yet and definitely I will keep on watching all of the Cardone Zone videos, Thanks a lot for all the effort you put into showing us how to invest in real estate and enabling me to get started, hopefully we can do some deals in the near future.

My confidence to buy my first property came from buying an "easy" property that I lived in (until recently). 1) I got a moderate 2 flat, lived on bottom floor. Cheaper than a house, and someone pays a chunk of your mortgage. Now i have another unit, and did a flip successful flip. Easy to do in my opinion, all you need is a full time job, a phone, and a willingness to learn.

the best deal in his mind is to get your deals from the top 3-5 brokers in your city. Brokers get the deals before loopnet, thats why loopnet sucks chode
