Thank you Rachel I truly needed this, I was dealing with a lot of stress from work, felt lost, felt why does people not like me, I was starting to feel really down. My hours got drastically cut I was hurt, angry thinking I'm not good enough for anyone. I've only known one job forc15years and yes afraid to try something new in case I fail at it. So I watched your beautiful speech and realized I had to believe in myself again, try another job, you know your good at what you do so yes I had to take a step back reavaluate what i want, i want to get rid of the stress eating away inside of me as I'm not hurting them only hurting myself. So i will take your wonderful advice and work hard at thinking of myself and not others. Thank you so much, have a great day and I truly hope all your dreams come true

Love this one Rachel! Positive Affirmations goes a long way. You are right sometimes we dont even notice the negative things we say to ourselves. So we got to focus on the positive ones that can support us in the long run. Its always good to flood our mind with things we want or things that actually support us because there can be so much negativity out there.

Affirmations are so powerful! Yes, many of us are not aware of these negative thought patterns. A lot of what we do happens on a subconscious level and affirmations are a great tool to help re-wire our brain! I do affirmation meditations on the regular. Awesome video!

Good tips for affirmation schedule ! My affirmations change , vary with what I want the outcome to be. A simple one I use for years " I can do this ! " . Saying it out loud snaps me out of any fear or on a day I'm just not motivated. 💯Well done topic Racheal !! 🌞

Affirmations so powerful. Used as a tool similar to mantras, repeating, repeating repeating positive phrases that relate to you or goals you want. The only downfall i see with affirmations is that it takes someone to have motivation for change and to spark positivity. Someone deep in depression struggles to find the dedication for utilizing this tool. Overall great tips for someone looking to search for some reassurance about maintaining a positive outlook. 🙏

Affirmations may prove useful for some individuals, but they may not be helpful for others due to a variety of reasons (such as the one's that you mention).
