I cleaned my glasses like 3 times and wiped my eye boogers. Even the blurriness was on point. Got me there. Loved it when Hoppo turned into Mexican Sesame St and he started to talk s#it.

This was super creative Trent! I learned some new things about hops I had not before! One thing I haven't seen a lot of people talk about is Alpha Acid conversions between your hops on hand vs what the recipe calls for. Its not a big deal for new homebrewers but it becomes a big deal when you're beginning to focus on controlling the bitterness of the brew. I learned a hard lesson doing an NEIPA about hop AA conversion between what you have on hand vs what the recipe called for. Be good to see more people talking about this for new home brewers!

Yeah great video! Plus I believe that no matter how long you have brewing you can always learn something new. Just like in life. You never stop learning. I have been brewing on and off for 20+ years and always taking tips from what was done back then and what is done now. I also believe that brewing is as much science as it is an art form! Cheers!
