My dad taught business math back in the 60s, but I hated "math things", but my youngest son, 40, and grandson, 8, are math and business geniuses. Again, thank you. I subscribed so I can learn more things to surprise and impress them with! (Smile.)

76 y.o. grandma here. Wanted to say thank you so much for explaining this new, now "everyday terminology, metrics", on Xfinity business TV ads and also as part of an employment ad I just saw today for an editor position in a small, family-owned 50 y.o. newspaper, i.e., "demonstrates a comfort level with analyzing and interpreting metrics and uses them to inform coverage decisions in real-time..." back when I was PR/editing in the 60s through 90s, that terms was never used in non- profit stories. You are an EXCELLENT TEACHER. Maybe I'll apply and go back to work part-time for that job. Have a great weekend!
