Triglyceride is a very important fat which is also called Lipid. Triglycerides are not only present in blood but also stor3d in fay cells.
There are 2 sources of triglycerides. One is from fats like butter,oil or desi ghee and second one is in those people who use a lot of Carbohydrates and sugary foods as glucose is also converted into fats if taken in excess and extra fat can deposit in blood vessels in form of cholesterol and LDL and triglycerides.
Good thing about fats is that certain vitamins like A,D,E and K are fat soluble only.
Secondly fat are a backup energy source and are also good for brain and hormones.
