What is the difference between a Money Market fund and a Debt fund? I was looking at SBI debt funds and found a a 'Savings Fund', a 'Liquid Fund', and an 'Ultra Short term' debt fund. How are these different?

If the bond is rated from AAA to AA, will the NAV fall even if they pay their bond amounts full on time? I didn't understand this.

Nav is linked to willingness of investors to invest in the debt fund. If many people are interested to invest in a debt fund then nav will be higher. Now if rating is reduced then many investors will think that this particular debt fund is not safe and will not be willing to invest in it, therefore the nav will fall.
