This video is so confusing. Based on the title, you'd think you're getting a FACTUAL explanation of what SDRs are and how they work. But instead, only around 2 sentences in the middle of the video are dedicated to that, and then they are surrounded by and alternated with statements re how some people think SDRs should be used in the current circumstances. If you didn't understand SDRs before, this video will not help you understand them.

Special Drawing Rights in and of themselves have nothing to do with the COVID 19 response. SDR is just an international reserve asset created by the IMF that allows its members to draw on other members' currencies, according to their allocations. How can you call a video "What are Special Drawing Rights?" then open with pictures of poverty stricken countries dealing with the pandemic and sentences about how people want to use SDRs to help with this? That is dishonest. Just call the video "Why we believe SDRs are the way to help poor countries deal with COVID" and spread your message openly.
