Hello thanks posting this on youtube it really helps me but i am still confused about the cost allocation concept. I remember that the accounting, HR or other non production department should be treated as period cost. i wonder that Is it some cost form the accounting department related to service to production will be allocated to MOH and the cost not related to production will be treated as period expense?

As it turns out, if you don't understand service department cost allocations, passing the exam may be an issue...
