just saw this video today 7- 17 - 2022 .Its is funny , informative , and interesting to watch .I'm amazed at the amount of enlightening points that were talked about in such a short amount of time example fertilizing tall Fescue in the summer months combined with herbicide. We moved into a home where the previous owner refused to put "poison" on her yard. Needless to say this house was the most hated in the court. Things have changed we tried for 2 years to bring it back on our own we weren't afraid to spend money either we just couldn't do it. So we hired the Pro's just after the first 2 applications it's amazing. 4 more applications to go for this year. Also the city called us thinking we had a water leak. I told them we did it's the IRRIGATION SYSTEM in the yard. I HATE WEEDS as much as I HATE brown grass due to cheap ass people who don't take care of their investment. Yes grass is an investment. A thick green lush landscape and grass will increase your property value by 10% or more.

The grass isn't seeing any stress as of yet no blueish color at all I know that color where isn't about ready to start turning brown from lack of water

You wouldnt believe it but i walked out the door this morning and noticed a huge brown spot. i'll check it later to see if its a fungus. We just had a huge rain last few days and yep its muggy as can be out

Pete, a few questions - Brown patch is only one type of fungus. Aren't there other fungi that could invade your yard? What are they, how do you identify them and how do you treat them? Do these fungi happen at a particular time of year? You spoke about an adjutant. What does that do for you in the fungicide? What products can be used as an adjutant? Since the fungicide only lasts for 28 days, do you then re-apply it every month during the growing season? That's more questions than I thought I would ask so, for now, I'll stop there. :-) You and your family have a great Memorial Day weekend! My man Ben!! Brown patch is the most common in tall fescue and is what many are seeing now. Thats why the video is on brown patch. several other diseases can be in fescue. I do not see any right now so I have no way to show you. If/when I do I will make that video. My adjuvant make any liquid product more efficient. More details on that in the Academy program. The rest of the questions are answered in the video.

Im a state above you and we've had rain almost non stop for a week now, and now we're having mushrooms everywhere in my yard. Not sure what to do about it because I don't know how to spray chemicals or any of that.

There is not a chemical for mushrooms. They will go away when the ground dries out.

Hi new to your channel, Love it so informative, my lawn last summer had dollar spot, and I just noticed a few patches of it again so I put down some Bayer Fungicide, and I did Milo 24 days ago, going to put down another app of Milo in a week, and another app of Bayer in 2 weeks

Do not apply too much Nitro, as it might promote more fungus. Applying Milo is great, but try to dry out the yard as much as you can, which will help. Been fighting Fungus all year, and its best to thrown down a multiple blend of class 11 and class 3. I find the Bayer stuff to be crap, it's not strong enough, but let the proof decide in your results. 2% Prop app, is not enough, so it's a waste...

Pete, sorry if I’m a little off topic here. My HOA isn’t too keen on me doing a full renovation. My current lawn is made up of pretty much every cool season grass under the sun. Fine fescue, buffalo, kbg, etc. I’ve been using the next products all year trying to get my soil right. If I were to power rake and aerate the heck out of my yard and overseed with your blend, would it work with relatively decent results? Or is going nuclear along with some HOA fees the better option?

Pete, hope you enjoyed Virginia Beach. I live here and working hard on improving my tall fescue yard. Been using RGS, and other Next products with awesome results! Starting to think ahead about buying seed for fall and aeration as well. Will the seed you use in NC work well in this area? My yard now is many different kinds from KY 31 to who knows what. Want to plan what to do in September.

I wanna spray fungicide but man the liquid fungicides are sooo expensive to get into. I only have 2000 total sq feet, and the liquids would last me many many seasons, wish you could get them in smaller amounts

I'm not sure if it is the right thing to do or not. But that's what I did last year and it worked out fine. Maybe i was just lucky, so take it with a grain of salt because I'm not a pro by any means. I think the important thing is to bag to prevent spreading though like he mentioned in the video.

If u cut the grass with brown patch... Will it get on the blades and spread the brown patch to other Lawns or more on your lawn... Thats why I don't u lawn guys because they probably don't even clean the mowers from each lawn cutting...

Hey Pete, I'm tired of i don't know what I'm doing but fighting the lawn at every turn! Is the academy 49$ membership yearly or just the one time due? My lawn should be green but it's light brown to me, i did applied eagle 20 ew with the sprayer and nozzle assembly yesterday at the rate you teach, not exactly what the bottle said, but i forgot to use a surfactant.
