I grew up here and sadly the amount of businesses have ruined the atmosphere of this place. I visit my grandparents and the amount of homes being built there is ridiculous. I remember when they first built the sidewalk leading to the dollar general there. It doesn't look like the place I grew up in anymore.

You are killing it with high quality videos. I grew up in Pendleton and owned a business there. The downtown "square" is charming and family friendly. Veterans park is great. Now experiencing growth due to proximity to Clemson University and Greenville.

I don't think I've ever been to Pendleton so it must be pretty decent as long as it's not in Greenville county with the exception of Simpsonville Malden etc they need to form their own county Greenville county is corrupt

Pendleton is for old people and that's it. Nothing here for young folks. The people that have been in charge of this town are idiots. Structures still standing today that make the place look like a dump , they haven't done anything to improve infrastructure. They have built a lot of match stick homes lately and some businesses that are basically fillers. They are not businesses I frequent a lot. Everything is basically for the rich and high class here. There are no really affordable housing. I lived in a crap hole trailer for 700 a month 5 years ago. They have already made their money off that trailer 200x ...it's a trailer in the middle of the ghetto. Worst towns around is seneca and Pendleton
