For 69 yrs of my Christian life of my 75 yrs on this planet; I was confused about the "7 Seals". Because I find that every one has different thesis'. This bugged me to no end... So, 15 yrs ago (90 now), I kneeled upon my bedside; and cried out to Jesus; to give me "Wisdom, Understanding and the Truth". Thus today, my belief on these 7 Seals is this (in numerical order): # 1. White...stands for "Purity". And there will never be anything as pure; as Jesus. Thus, Jesus opened this Seal; and a baby was born in "Bethlehem"; beginning one of the most "dynamic" eras in history; until this very day. Praise His Holy Name. # 2. Red...To me the word "Red" in the bible; has often meant "blood". Thus, Jesus opens this Seal; when the Roman Catholic Church; tortured and/or murdered over 50 million Christians, from 538 AD to 1798 AD. Oh yes! AKA: "Time, Times and half Times"!. Or: 1,260 yrs. # 3. Black...darkness and bad, bad era. Thus, Jesus opens this Seal; and the whole world will suffer of "Famines"; that have NEVER happened to this day. For it is just before the "Great Tribulation". And it is Jesus' wrath; against what "WE" have let happen over 2,000 yrs. Sad, but oh so true! # 4. Grey/Pale...Horrid illnesses. Thus, Jesus opens this Seal; and "Plagues" all over the world pop up; that have never happened to this day; until at the very door of the GT. Again, Jesus' wrath, for what we have done. # 5. During the first part of the GT; Jesus will open this Seal; and Jesus' children cry out...Revelation 6:10 How long, O Jesus, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them (that hurts us) that dwell on the earth?...Revelation 6:11 And white robes were given unto every one (born again) of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. # 6. Then satan and his 200 million "Fallen" Angels; are given just 5 months "in the flesh" on earth (GT). And when satan sees; that he was UN able to kill the "Born Again" (For Jesus' angels, had hidden us and fed us "Manna"); satan becomes livid. So he creates a worldwide "law": "NO one will be able to buy or sell ANY thing; if they do not have my 'Mark of the Beast' (666)! (Notice # 6. I do not believe it's just a Coincidence; but it might be! Then the 7th "Trumpet" blows and now the "Rapture"...And last; but NOT EVER the least)... # 7 (means "Fulfillment") Now Jesus has, on "Judgment Day", been proven that He is the ONLY one that is "Worthy" enough; to open the last and "Seventh Seal". Also, proving that Jesus WAS, IS and shall ALWAYS the ONLY true God; there will ever have been. AMEN! Not to mention that Jesus WAS the Creator. And He also was the one; that wrote the "Book of Life". That he put the "7 Seals" on in the first place! So the Seals "begin" with Jesus and "ended" with Jesus. Proving..."Alpha to Omega!". Hallelujah; and shout it to the highest Mountains! Proving that the "Word of God" has never been a book. But Jesus alone is the true "WORD" of God. Believe it or not. And Praise His Precious Holy Name. Where...John 1:1 and 14; proves this to the "Nth" degree; to what the "Word" of God really is: "JESUS"...AMEN! Brethren, could I be wrong? ABSOLUTELY YES! But all others, could be wrong too.. ...In any case, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And for 69 yrs of my studying my bible; I would have believed exactly what you believe. But, for the last 15 yrs (I am 90 now): I no longer believe that. Rather, I now believe that the Bible does NOT say that the churches will be excluded in the GT. For in my 15 yrs of stern and deep studying the bible; and with a myriad of Prayers to Jesus; to give me Wisdom, Understanding and ONLY the Truth; I now believe that ALL churches; AND Jesus' "church" (Us) WILL be in the first half of the GT (7 yrs all total). Then we will be raptured. And: I believe that the "Pre-Trib" thesis; is a satan-led Godless LIE; that 80% of the Christian World believe adamantly. And Also the 15% that believe in "Post-Trib" the same. Thus I now believe it is "Mid-Trib". Where ONLY 5% believe that. Thus, I know I am out numbered; to the "Nth" degree!. Your post included a lot of good stuff but I see no scriptural evidence of a rapture at the 7th Trumpet. A person just flat out has to add it in based on no concrete scripture at all. In fact if it were there it would leave a huge contradiction with several other scriptures such as the 24 Elders (clearly symbolic of a much larger group) who are from all nations, people and tongues and have already been crowned, wearing robes and sitting on thrones in heaven before the first seal is ever broken. I'm open to the possibility of a "pre wrath" rapture but the scriptural case for it is just so weak. Its just not there in the text at all and would seem to contradict several other passages.

The seals are not all opened up within the 7 year tribulation. Remember, our timing, and Gods timing are way different. We are currently within the 4th seal. There will be no pre tribulation rapture. That is not biblical / false doctrine. Matthew 24:29-31, Jesus very plainly tells us, AFTER the tribulation. We will be saved from God's wrath. The tribulation and God's wrath are not the same event.

The man can't answer my questions. The white horse was Rome conquering Israel in 70 ad through 132 AD. The other 3 horses were the Covenant curses in the Mosaic Covenant to keep Israel in exile out of the land being sword, famine and pestilence. The horses were put away in their stalls on May 14th 1948. Rev. 5th seal will be the Rapture of the Church.

Keep in mind, God created this vision John watched, so we can be sure that John saw EXACTLY what God wanted him to see. In other words, God was sending John a message through this vision. Most readers do not get God's message. Take careful note: 1. Jesus was NOT SEEN in the throne room in Chapter 4, showing us a time while Jesus was on the earth. We can be sure that John saw EXACTLY what God wanted John to see. Since this book is the revealing of the SON, we MUST take notice that Jesus was NOT SEEN at the right hand of the father. God has given us a dozen verses telling us that Jesus went to sit at the right hand of the Father. Stephen SAW Him there. Why then, in a book of Christ's revealing did God show John a vision of the throne room with the leading character MISSING? 2. The Holy Spirit was SEEN in the throne room, showing us a time before Jesus ascended to send Him down. Remember, Jesus told His disciples that He would send Him down as soon as He ascended. Yet, in this vision, the Holy Spirit is there in the throne room, meaning, NOT YET sent down. 3. Jesus was NOT FOUND WORTHY to open the book in the first search John watched. This shows us that Jesus had not yet risen from the dead. Without a doubt, written on the outside of the book, and visible, would be instructions as to WHO would be worthy to take the book and open the seals. My guess is, it would be the same One who sealed the book when it was created. Also, it seems it must be a MAN ("no man was found.") Again, my guess is, it had to be a man who could prevail over death. 4. JOHN WEPT MUCH. Why much? He wept until Jesus prevailed over death and then became worthy to open the book. The next thing John saw in the vision was Jesus suddenly entering the throne room where He had been gone for 32 or so years. He ascended after sending Mary away, entered the throne room, sent down the Holy Spirit, and took the BOOK from the Father. WHEN? Around AD 32. 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. 5:7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. No one can find 2000 years there, for that was not the intent of the Author. Jesus opened that first seal around AD 32-the very time He sent out the church with the gospel. The FIRST SEAL: represents the CHURCH sent out with the GOSPEL. Seals 2, 3, 4: God has allowed the devil to use WARS, FAMINES, and PESTILENCES to try and stop the advance of the Gospel. These three horsemen, the RED horse and rider, the BLACK horse and rider, and the PALE horse and rider were LIMITED in their theater of operations to only one fourth of the surface of the earth, probably Europe, the Middle East and Africa-the very places where two world wars were fought, where famines have been common, and where the black plague hit again and again. Seal 5 was opened in time for Stephen's murder, becoming one of the first murders and martyrs of the church age. They were crying out wondering how long they would have to wait for judgment to begin when their murders would be judged. In short, they were told they would have to wait for the FINAL MARTYR to be killed as they all were killed, in the same category, as church age martyrs. In short, they will have to wait for the pre-tribulation rapture to END the church age, so judgment can begin. Therefore the rapture of the church must come AFTER the 5th seal. The 6th seal begins the wrath of God, so the rapture must come BEFORE the 6th seal.

Thankyou, but with the "Great Multitude" in Heaven, they are there (heaven) then the 144,000 are introduced, the question John asks is about them, "and who are these," they, the 144,000 are those who were sealed and went through the Great Tribulation, but the others did not, those, "The Great Multitude" are the raptured Church who were taken out of the way!....therefore to me at least, this is actually proving the Church is already in Heaven before the 144,000 chosen Jews show up. Therefore, I also must conclude there is a Rapture before the time of Wrath for that great multitude.

Hold on! 4,000 yrs ago, the Israelites sacrificed a "Lamb"; and they cooked it and ate it every night; to forgive their sins. However, over 2,000 yrs, God who IS Jesus, changed the "sacrifice" for sins; because 99% of them; had become totally "Abominable Sinners"; to the "Nth" degree. So Jesus came to this earth; to be sacrificed; so they would not go to hell. But they (except a very few) hated Him and had Him crucified. Thus, Jesus then said, "Any one could be forgiven for their sins". By believing IN him; which most of the Jews did NOT believe in Him. And that has never stopped to this day. Sad! Thus; they called Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross, "The Lamb of God". And that phrase has been espoused, probably more that any other words, ever spoken. Praise Jesus' Holy Name. The FOUR horses started at the same time as Christ revealed 2,000 years ago. The Rider on the First White Horse is the Gospel Preaching. Thats the point, no one has the right - except Jesus. Remember God does not call us to be perfect in each of our unique lives, he knows that we aren't perfect. He calls us to hide and seek refuge behind Jesus(accept and follow Him, for He has paid your sins in full) during judgement so we wont be affected by the consequences. Therefore, everyone on earth deserves this judgement, but eventually only those who denies Jesus will not be guarded on judgement day. To directly answer your question, Jesus is worthy of judging, because He gave the world a way out - by dying for us. Yet, some people still deny Him. And if they deny Him, they deny His sacrifice He made for them, and therefore still stand guilty before God, deserving judgement.
